Useful Information
- Confirmation: the booking is considered confirmed after the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the cost of the entire stay.
- Tourist tax: € 2,50 per person per day (minors under the age of 14 are exempt).
- Rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to check out by 10 am on the day of departure.
- Meals not consumed will not be deducted from the price of the stay.
- You may settle the bill for your room in cash (within the limit stated by law), by cheque or bank card (we also accept credit cards).
- Pets are admitted only on request (by previous authorization by the hotel) and are not allowed access to the communal areas and the pool.
- Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: no penalty.
- Cancellation from 14 to 8 days before arrival: 30% penalty of the total stay.
- Cancellation from 7 to 2 days before arrival: 50% penalty of the total stay.
- Cancellation 1 day before arrival or no-show: 100% penalty of the booked stay.
Cancellation Conditions for AUGUST
Cancellation up to 21 days before arrival: no penalty.
Cancellation from 21 to 8 days before arrival: 30% penalty of the total stay.
Cancellation from 7 to 2 days before arrival: 50% penalty of the total stay.
Cancellation 1 day before arrival or no-show: 100% penalty of the booked stay.
Late arrival and early departure: The unused nights will be charged at 100% of the total amount as a penalty.
According to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation bookings. The cancellation conditions apply even in the case of unforeseen impossibility.
